Selena Gomez puts LA-area home up for sale

'Wizards of Waverly Place' star Selena Gomez has listed her San Fernando Valley spread for $3.495 million.

The 6630-square-foot home has six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, a three-quarter bathroom and two half baths. Upstairs, a private guest suite features its own entrance and a private balcony with views of the lush landscape.

Outside on the one-acre grounds, you'll find a private pool, basketball and tennis courts and a fire pit.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, Jelena if you will, split up aaageess ago in early 2013 (just look at their little foetus faces above, in a photo taken while they were together) but rumours of them reuniting have surfaced every so often since then. A new source has claimed, however, that it will take a lot more for Selena to take Justin back again – an engagement ring!

HollywoodLife have reported that Selena either wants Justin to prove his commitment with a proposal or to leave her to move on without him.

A source told the site, “He really  needs to proves he can step up to the plate - like an engagement ring might do it. Otherwise she’s done and she just wants to let it go."

If Justin doesn’t come up with the goods, the source claims the pair will part ways amicably. “She doesn’t even want to hold a grudge, she just wants to close that chapter of her life."

If Justin doesn’t end up getting back with Selena, we doubt he will be single for long – rumours recently surfaced linking him to Kylie Jenner and a girl called Yovanna Ventura. Justin took to Twitter to deny the rumours, saying that he found it funny that he was linked to every girl he was photographed with.
