It’s official! After weeks of rumours that the two singers were dating, fans’ wishes came true when Ariana and Nathan announced their relationship via Twitter on Sept. 24. We couldn’t be happier for them!
Ever since they co-starred in the sensual music video for their song, “Almost Is Never Enough,” we’ve been rooting for Ariana Grande and The Wanted‘s Nathan Sykes to continue their chemistry off-screen. It seems Nathan could no longer contain his excitement over being with Ariana, so he shared the “happy” news in a tweet! Read on for more details.

Nathan, 20, wants the world to know how smitten he is with Ariana, also 20.
He tweeted, “So, I guess it’s obvious now … 🙈 thanks to everyone who is being so lovely. I’m so happy ❤️ #butweareterrified #pleasedontkillme #orariana”
So sweet! Ariana followed up by tweeting, “we hesitated saying anything as people can be a bit insensitive but thank u ♡ we value all of your happiness, thank you for valuing ours 💕:)”
Ariana and Nathan were obviously nervous about taking the plunge, so it’s terrific that everyone is being supportive of their romance so far. Nathan’s bandmate, Max George, even tweeted his approval, saying, “@NathanTheWanted @ArianaGrande very happy for you little brother. She’s a sweetheart :)”
We’re not at all surprised these two finally got together. Ariana has never been shy about showing how much she admires Nathan, and she even gushed about his singing on their duet, ”Almost Is Never Enough,” in an interview with MTV News:
Nathan just sang the hell out of it. I thought it was Brian McKnight. I’m like, ‘Who is this?’ Honestly, I wasn’t expecting it. I didn’t know he had that in him. I saw him perform live on one of the radio shows that we were at together, and I was like, ‘Damn, he can sing.’ This song I think will pleasantly surprise a lot of people. It’s very beautiful and very emotional and I love, love, love what Nathan did to it. It was a great, great, great surprise.We hope this adorable new couple will collaborate on more songs in the future because they obviously make beautiful music together!
Ariana Grande Puts Justin Bieber Dating Rumors To Rest
Justin Bieber fans freaked when Ariana posted an Instagram picture of him kissing her on the cheek while they were hanging out. Many passionate Jelana fans were less than thrilled about seeing Justin cozying up to Ariana and they sent angry messages to her on Twitter, leading her to tweet, “Everyone, girls are allowed to be friends with guys. I’m a lady. Chill out.”
Now that Ariana is dating Nathan, it looks like Jelena fans can relax. We think Ariana and Nathan make a better match anyway!
