A man who has been arrested twice in one week at Selena Gomez's house was charged on Monday with felony, stalking and violating a court order to stay away from Selena.
The 20 year old, Che Cruz, pleaded not guilty to the charges he faced on Monday afternoon, and his bail was priced at $160,000.
He was arrested the Friday after he returned to Selena's home, just hours after he was released from jail being told to stay away from her.
The Los Angeles district attorney's office said Cruz jumped the fence at Gomez's home before his second arrest.
Selena Gomez recently purchased a $3.1 million mansion in the Hollywood Hills and it seems the luxury mansion might not just be for the Come And Get it beauty , as she wants boyfriend Justin Bieber to move in with her.
The brunette beauty snapped up the new property earlier this month and is believed to have already moved in. Justin is currently homeless on the West Coast after selling his Calabasas mansion to Khloe Kardashian. According to the latest reports Selena is keen for the star to move into her home when he's in Los Angeles, after they recently rekindled their on/off romance.

“The real reason Selena bought that $3 million mansion in Calabasas is because she wants Justin to move in with her,” a source told HollywoodLife. “She is trying to persuade him to move back to the LA area and leave Atlanta all together.”
But will he do it? According to the well placed source, the Boyfriend singer is keen on the idea.
“Justin is actually considering it and for now will stay with Selena whenever he’s in town. Before Selena purchased the house , she consulted with Justin and they both agreed on the one in Calabasas,” they claimed.

This weekend Gomez picked up the Favourite Female Singer award at the Nickelodeon Choice Awards and sparked rumours she and JB maybe engaged after she was snapped with a ring on her finger. Though these claims were later denied.
“They are not engaged nor are they getting engaged anytime soon. It was nothing more than a fashion choice,” another insider claimed.
“The ring was a gift from Justin,” they went on. “It’s not an engagement ring, but they are back on and very serious.”
We think it could be a good idea if Bieber does move in with the brunette as an intruder has already been found at the new property. According to TMZ the star called the police to her home after a shady individual rang her bell and they found a man had broken into her pool house.

The rumors started when a false report posted a fake sonogram image, claiming it was of Selena’s womb. The sonogram showed not one, but TWO babies — which would mean Jelena had twins on the way. During the interview, the host said, "I feel like when you went to rehab you were real with it. You did it and you came out the way you are. I personally feel like some artists go to rehab to try and get that publicity in a sense. I could be completely wrong, and I know you're close with Selena Gomez. How do you feel about Selena not only going to rehab, but coming out and getting back with Justin Bieber who is kind of on a downward spiral?"
Demi was not having it and started cutting him off before he even finished the question, saying, "Well, umm, I actually won't speak about that at all. I'm really here to talk about my tour and my music."

At the Unite4:Humanity event that occurred on February 27th, Selena Gomez, was awarded the Young Humanitarian Award, and she took the time during her speech to thank BFF Demi Lovato.
Demi and Selena have been friends ever since their Barney & Friends days, and while they hit a rough patch when Demi was struggling with her personal demons and lashing out, now they’re closer than ever! And it looks like Selena is thankful to Demi for supporting her during her own rehab stint.
After thanking her family and talking about the amazing work that UNICEF does which inspired her to become an Ambassador for the charity, Selena began to talk about friend Demi:
“I want to thank Demi. Just the fact that we’re here at 21 years old, and we’ve always talked about using our voice to help this generation. Sometimes I feel like we’re the only ones holding the fort and I’m so thankful for you [inspiring] me every day.”

Police were called to Selena Gomez's home on Saturday morning after an man was reportedly found on the property.
It has been confirmed that a family member inside the house called 911, saying they 'had seen a young man lurking outside.'
It is reported that the 19-year old suspect told officers he was there to 'see the singer in person', though it's not known if Selena was actually home whilst the incident occurred.
The police officers at the scene arrested a man and booked him on suspicion of trespassing.
This isn't the first time the star has been allegedly stalked by a deranged fan.
In 2011, Selena was stalked on multiple occasions by 48-year-old Thomas Brodnicki, who flew to LA from Chicago to meet the actress he claims is his soul mate.
Following several attempts to get a restraining order against the mentally unstable man, she was finally granted a three-year protection order after her accused issued a declaration that the stunning brunette did indeed need to be protected from him.
"Selena has been told repeatedly to avoid stress at all costs when it comes to her overall health,” a friend of Selena’s EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife.com. “Lupus is triggered by stress and anxiety, and right now Selena is completely stressed about Justin and this whole egging nightmare. She’s worried sick about him, but at the same time won’t leave him. She’s basically picking Justin over her own wellbeing.”
The police raided the Bieber's Calabasas home on January 14th and arrested his friend Lil’ Za for illegal possession of drugs. Justin still faces the possibility of jail time if he’s found guilty in the egg-throwing incident that caused his neighbour $20,000 worth in damages.
